ZKX Protocol, a derivatives protocol on Ethereum Layer 2 solution StarkNet, has announced its shutdown due to low user participation and financial challenges. Founder Eduard Jubany Tur cited the lack of economic viability and insufficient user engagement as key reasons for the closure. Despite efforts to sustain operations, the protocol struggled with low trading volumes and revenue. As a result, all markets have been delisted, and funds returned to users' accounts. The protocol will fully cease operations by September 1.
