The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has arrested Yunhe Wang, a Chinese national and St. Kitts and Nevis citizen, for allegedly orchestrating a $130 million cyber scam. Wang is accused of creating the 911 S5 botnet, which hijacked over 19 million IP addresses through deceptive VPN services. These hijacked addresses were sold to cybercriminals, enabling various illicit activities, including financial fraud and child exploitation.
